New pictures from the upcoming Star Trek movie directed by J. J. Abrams have been released. The new movie, the 11th in the series, is a prequel to the original Star Trek TV show that tells the story of Kirk and Spock's first encounter at Star Fleet Academy and the first adventure of the Starship Enterprise. As you can see from the pictures below, they're using the original colourful uniforms with a modernised Enterprise.
