Reality blurs in a short SCIFI/Drama about as a recluse ending 5 years of self-confinement to fight his addiction to technology. What we’re doing: Do you remember the feeling when you walk out of a great film and can’t stop thinking about it? When you were truly touched by the story? When you were blown away and your awareness was raised to a new level? This is what we want to give people. We want to tell a world class story and we want you to be a part of that. We have spent our lives in the pursuit of making great films, and now we want to take it a step further, but we need your help to do it! With your help, we will produce a short movie that will rival Hollywood films in production value, flair, emotional impact and message. Using Kickstarter, we will raise the 10,000 dollars we need to make this film together, and if we can’t, it all gets refunded. It’s all or nothing. So we’re seeking 200 supporters to give $50 each, but we appreciate any help you can offer, so it's something anyone can be a part of. If you can help with more, that’s great. For this support there are plenty of incentives, check out the list to the right. Why are we're doing it?: Has anyone ever told you “No, you can’t do that, it will never happen” “That’s impossible”. “Just give up”, “Live in the real world”. “You can’t be a singer, you can’t be a pirate, and you can’t be an astronaut and build your own space ship.” Well, we say, we’re all kids and dreamers, maybe the little girl or boy is buried, but that they can never take away from us. My name’s Scott Mannion. I love movies, I've always loved movies, and hopefully, if you’re reading this, you love movies too. We’re just normal people like you, normal people with big dreams; dreams people told us weren't possible. We love telling and sharing stories and we want to share this passion with as many people as we can. We joined Kickstarter to see this film realised because we believe in the story. What you just saw was the trailer for our film, all we could do with the money we had. To finish the film, we need help from the dreamers out there, the movie lovers out there, to create something that is truly ours. Will you join us?
